Steph Snyder guides a gentle vinyasa yoga class.

Yoga

Steph is an experienced and passionate yoga teacher devoted to helping people return home to themselves.

She knows firsthand the transformative power of embodied practices. Her own healing has been shaped by mindful movement, connection to breath, somatic experiences in nature, intentional self-reflection, and the nourishment of community.

This journey led Steph to shift her life’s work toward supporting others in cultivating their own inner homecoming. Her facilitation is rooted in the belief that the body holds an innate wisdom that can guide us back to ourselves. She is dedicated to creating spaces where people feel seen, supported and safe to explore both their light and their shadow.

Steph has been a yoga practitioner for nearly 20 years. She began teaching yoga in Fall 2024 and gained more than 300 hours of studio teaching experience over the last 1.5 years.

A lifelong-learner, Steph has completed two 200-hour yoga teacher trainings — in 2025 under the guidance of Lindsay Gonzalez, and in 2021 under the guidance of Alyssa Manny and Devon Barrow.
